Peanut Butter Granola Wraps with Banana and Mango, your new camp go-to.

When it’s blazing hot and you need a no-cook meal, look no further. This is it. This is your lunch. This is your snack. This is your poor and hungry meal. This is your peanut butter mango banana wrap, with crunch.
Crunch is king and we are all it's loyal subjects. So bow down to this crunchy lunch.
Wraps are essentially a gringo burrito, and we all know burritos are bomb. So is this PB wrap with mango, banana and granola. Get creative and throw anything else in there that you may have in your gritty little camp pantry.
Don't have mango? Whatever, get some other fruit on there and call it a day. Strawberries, blackberries, raspberries. Substitute, I don't care.
PB & Banana, Mango, Granola Wraps
Ingredients
Serves 2; 10 minutes prep
2 medium-large size tortillas
2 Tbsp of peanut butter, or as much as your heart desires. Crunchy preferred.
1 banana
1 mango, or pre-sliced mango spears
1 Tbsp honey
Handful of granola
Optional: chopped pecans, pinch of cinnamon
Directions
1. Spread your peanut butter out on tortillas
2. Slice up your banana and mango and evenly disperse near middle of tortillas
3. Drizzle that honey over everything
4. Add your handful of granola in the middle with your banana and mango
5. If your granola doesn’t already have some chopped nuts, I suggest adding some pecans (or walnuts/etc. The more crunch the better)
6. Sprinkle your cinnamon, if you’re using.
7. Wrap up and snack that thing down.
Let’s give it up for true camp meals. We don’t always need to be fancy to be sufficiently satisfied. Share below other bomb additions to your dirtbag gringo burritos.
*Optional Suggestion: Toast it up on a pan over your stove once it’s all wrapped up, if that’s your thing. Since it’s about 90 degrees and humid as all hell, that is not my thing right now.
